It is within this context, that we ask you to take a few moments to review our new office policy on appointment cancellations.
Effective Jan. 1, 2018, our office will be implementing a new appointment cancellation policy.
Please call us at (913)499-1111 by 2:00 pm on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify
us of any changes or cancellations.
To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00 pm on Friday.
If prior notification is not given, there will be a charge of $30 for the missed appointment.
